MPP/MBA students will be enrolled in two graduate programs at the University of Maryland, College Park through the School of Public Policy and the Robert H. Smith School of Business.

The MPP/MBA dual degree requires a total of 66 credits, with 30 credits in Public Policy, 30 credits in Business and 6 credits to use in either program.

The MPP curriculum consists of two components - a core set of courses (27 credits total) that provide a foundation in governance, quantitative skills and the practice of public policy and elective courses that allow a deeper dive into a particular area of interest. Students must complete at least 30 MPP credits to earn the MPP/MBA dual degree. The total dual degree is 66 credits.
